Insecurity Is Selfish. So I’m Taking 40 Days To Unlearn Mine

My first TED talk (or TED concept — still haven’t given one, though not for a lack of willingness, to all you TEDx organizers reading) is titled, “Insecurity is Selfish”. I’m revisiting my notes from past writing and speaking on the topic (circa 2016–17) because it feels more urgent than ever that we (in “we,” I include all human-life-valuing, reflective, and self-improving earthlings) get over our various hangups to become our best selves.
